A value like 15/16, or 93.75%, shows up when nearly all of something is complete. For example, a student might finish 15 of 16 assignments, or a phone battery might be almost fully charged.
To picture 15/16 quickly, imagine a chocolate bar divided into 16 equal pieces with only one piece missing. It is a little less than 100%, so estimating it as about 94% is usually enough for a quick judgment.
