To picture it quickly, imagine a bar divided into 40 equal parts with 27 shaded. It is a little more than two-thirds, or just over halfway between 60% and 75%.
A common mistake is treating 67.5% as if it were 6.75% because of the decimal point. Remember that 67.5% is closer to 70% than to 50%, so it represents a solid majority rather than a small portion.
