You can picture it as a nearly full circle or a progress bar that is just a little short of the end. A quick estimate is that it is a bit more than nine-tenths, so it is close to 100% but not quite there.
One common mistake is treating 92.5% as if it means only 92 out of 100, which leaves out the extra half percent. It also does not mean the same thing as 95%, even though both values describe a high level of completion.
